Real estate properties are usually listed for six months, and can be renewed free of charge, prior to MLS expiration date. There is an optional  $50.00 keysafe lockbox fee, which is encouraged, unless Seller is available to host showings by Realtors.  We also offer an optional digital photograph service for $50 if you need photos, or you may email them to us.  The listing fee is due at commencement of the listing period, unless other arrangements are made.  We will list your property and keep it renewed until it sells for one low price!
